I got my insurance through them pro rate through April.  Seems fine, except now the gym's insurance wants me in a harness.   How can fight this ... I don't see how a harness will allow me to twist and turn in the silks without getting into a tangles mess.

Maybe explain to them that the silks are your harness?

I got the specialty insurance and it has been working great and they realized a harness was silly.
